Write about your work. Write about your dreams, hobbies and interests. Write about your relationships. The relationship with your partner and the relationship with family, friends and other people in your life.

Visualize your dream life
You can also visualize when you read in the journey. Take 1-5 minute, close your eyes and visualize yourself having all the things, enjoying the people in your life and doing all the activities. Imagine only what you want.
Use all your senses when you are visualizing. How do you feel? What do you see, hear, smell and touch? Picture yourself getting what you want. Add colour and sound. Make a movie in your mind.
